BERG 9104 Chain Conveyor

Our 9104 Chain Conveyor is so easy to maintain and operate. It may be the most reliable piece of feeding equipment you will ever own. The 9104 Chain Conveyor is bolted together and not welded. One small dent or bend to a welded conveyor requires major repairs. A damaged section of our conveyor can be field replaced in a matter of minutes using only a couple of wrenches, no cutting torch, grinder or welder needed. Fire and electrical shock are virtually eliminated. Repairs to our 9104 if necessary are made safer for you and your livestock.

Unique, deep-formed, .075-14-guage galvanized steel sides provide extra strength for longest spans and act as full-length hopper to reduce spillage. A concave belt carries more feed, faster, from storage structures to feeding areas than ordinary flat-belt conveyors. The large section of optional extras enable you to adapt the conveyor to your specific needs.
Concave belt conveyors feed, quickly over distances up to 200-feet. Drive units available with top and bottom motor mount. All shafts run in sealed ball bearings.
Deep-formed, galvanized steel sides and strategically-spaced rigid cross members combine to provide strength for spans up to 30-feet.
Spring-loaded idler end is easily adjusted to maintain proper belt tension for all loads and weather conditions. Non-packing idler design eliminates material built-up and keeps the belt on the track.

V-belt to roller chain reduction provides low horsepower requirements for years of dependable service. Heavy bolted-together, galvanized sides house the plow assembly mechanism providing you greater safety and longer life.
Optional weather guards protect against the loss of valuable feed products, reducing feed waste, increases your profits. The idler is designed to take large quantities of feed and center it on the belt, while not plugging it up.
Optional hollow shaft gear box drive provides smooth, quiet operation. Available control panel allows you to put the feed where you want it. The direct drive delivers feed over a long distance at high capacity.
The elimination of pulleys, belts, or chains means less maintenance and longer useful life.
