If your building is designed with structural posts 12 feet on center, this is an excellent mount system. We use (2) 2 7/8" O.D. x 11'6" 7 gauge high tensile strength galvanized rails that are fastened to posts with heavy duty flange brackets. This system can be used on Head to Head Rows, as well as, Outside Rows. Freudenthal Freestalls are constructed of heavy 2 3/8" O.D. high tensile strength 10 gauge galvanized steel with 1.9 9 gauge top rail for additional strength. Our top rail clamp is a full 1/4" thick, weighing 6 1/4 lbs. Freestall prices include clamps to fasten stall to horizontal rails. The weight of our 4-way horizontal rail clamp is 8 lbs., which is used on the Head to Head Rows. Our 3-way horizontal rail clamp, used on the Outside Rows, is 7 lbs. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Freudenthal Manufacturing Heavy Duty Arrow Freestall Freudenthal Arrow Freestalls are engineered so the cow will lay parallel in the stall and have the ease of swinging her head over the top of the Freestall when backing out. Our Freestalls are constructed of 2 3/8" O.D. 10 gauge high tensil strength galvanized steel. We have various mounting options to fasten Loops onto wood posts, steel posts, horizontal rails, or walls. Freudenthal Arrow Freestalls come standard with heavy 1 9/10" 9 gauge top rail pipe and a 6 1/4 lb. top rail clamp. Note: Loops are also available in 1.9" 9 gauge. Freudenthal Manufacturing Legged Freestall This Freestall becomes very strong with an all welded construction and a leg that is poured into the concrete floor. This unit has the plastic rust shield on the leg at the concrete line and 3 hole 1" x 2" heavy duty mounting channel. The main frame is 1 5/8" x 10 gauge triple coated galvanized high strength steel tubing with rust shield at concrete line and 20" solid shaft to help insure a long life for the fine Freestall. Freudenthal Manufacturing CS-60 Comfort Stall Freudenthal Manufacturing CS-60 Comfort Stall is the heaviest in the industry. The main frame is constructed of high tensile 2 3/8 - 10 gauge tubing, supported by a 2 3/8 curb post reinforced with a 3" x 18" long (5 gauge) steel rust guard with 12" poly-vinyl rust shield. Included with the CS-60 is 48" of neck rail pipe, stall chain with push in snap, stall chain hanger clamp and a 6 1/2 lb top rail clamp. Stall frame clamps to post for easy installation. Freudenthal Manufacturing CS-55 Comfort Stall Freudenthal CS-55 1-Legged Comfort Stalls are constructed of our heavy duty 1 9/10" 9 gauge high tensile strength triple coated galvanized steel. They come standard with a heavy steel rust guard and a 28" solid shaft inside post. Gussets are welded to each side of the posts for added strength. CS-55 Comfort Stall has a freestall design constructed out of 1 9/10" 9 gauge triple galvanized steel, has no back leg to interfere. Freudenthal Manufacturing Custom made Heavy Duty Gate Posts Freestall Freudenthal Custom made Heavy Duty Gate Posts are constructed of a 4" x 6'6" 7 gauge post with a 18" steel rust guard. They come with heavy wall rotating sleeve hinges with grease inserts. Our Gate Posts can be manufactured to support a single gate (ILL.1) or two gates may share the same post (ILL.2). Heavy Duty Latch Posts (ILL.3) are also available. Freudenthal Manufacturing Self Locking Panels Freestall Freudenthal Self Locking Panel has become of interest to many of today's Dairy Farmers. The Panels have been designed to hold animals to make health checks, breeding, and vaccination a much easier task. The Dairy Farmer has the option for the animals to self lock themselves or if it is not desired, free access is also available. When the cows or young stock are finished eating, one simple lever releases the entire row. If you wish to hold one, two, or any amount of animals, simply flip lever above each animal and release the rest with one turn of the lever. Panels can be spliced together to reach almost any length. Freudenthal pays close attention to detail when designing equipment, as in our Self Locking Panels. Not only is the Panel constructed of the highest quality tubing available, our pivot pipes come standard with inserted case hardened bushing and grade 8 bolts. Our top control is completely solid and each neck opening is adjustable. These are the heaviest and strongest Panels on the market, weighting 235 lbs per 10' section. A standard Panel for young stock nine months of age and younger would be 10' long with six openings x 32" high. A standard Panel for animals nine months of age and older would be 10' long with five or six openings x 40" high. Freudenthal Self Locking Panels are available in any length and we will put in as many openings as room allows, unless otherwise specified. All Panels are priced by the foot.
